OUR APPROACH

Program Management Group was founded with the belief that owners embarking on a construction or maintenance project deserve and require expert representation in the form of dedicated project management. Further the founders of Program Management Group, through observation of the industry in the late 1990’s, found that there were no firms dedicated solely to owner’s representation and project management. Program Management Group also observed the decline of professionals on staff with specific program management and construction experience. Therefore, Program Management Group was founded with the vision that it will provide project management for owners that augment their existing staff with the expertise to:
